Easily send your customers automated payment requests when their payment method fails.


Inevitably, some portion of a business’s cards on file don’t work each month. Whether the card expired, there were insufficient funds or some other reason, the business now needs to reach out to their customer and get a new payment method. This is a time intensive effort that costs money and delays billing.


When a recurring payment fails, an automated payment request can be sent to that customer requesting a new card. The customer can quickly enter their new card and pay without the business having to reach out to the customer manually. Optionally, Authvia can take that new card and tokenize it with the business’s processor of choice and return the new token to their card vault.
